Shipping is charged depending on the weight calculated at checkout. Includes live internet tracking.
**Please be advised that we cannot guarantee a delivery timeframe, only that we will ship your order within one business day of purchase**
Once dispatched, your order’s delivery is out of our control and solely in the hands of the postal service.
Please allow up to 28 days if you ordered with the standard shipping option. If you have still not received your order, please get in touch with us.
In Australia- TRANSIT, HANDLING AND ORDER CUT OFF TIME:
Shipments are in transit for 2 to 8 days business days (Monday to Saturday)
Our order cut-off time will be 6:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney).
Order Handling time is 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Standard International – TRANSIT, HANDLING AND ORDER CUT OFF TIME:

Customs & Import Rules
Raven 3D Tech – Will ship RatRig printers and products internationally within ASIA but use DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, meaning you’re responsible for any import duties and taxes.
