Refund and Returns Policy

Our return policy extends for a period of 30 days from the date of item receipt, giving you ample time to request a return if necessary.

For your return to be eligible, the item must remain in the same condition as when you received it – unworn or unused, complete with tags, and in its original packaging. Furthermore, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to facilitate the return process.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept returns of items sent back to us without prior request.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you discover any defects, damages, or if an incorrect item was sent, please contact us promptly. This allows us to assess the issue and take appropriate corrective action to rectify the situation.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items fall into categories that are non-returnable. This includes perishable goods like food, flowers, or plants, custom products such as special orders or personalized items, and personal care items like beauty products. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the most efficient approach is to initiate a return for the item you currently have. Once your return is approved, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.

REFUNDS POLICY

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary.
