COST OF DELIVERY

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight specified at checkout. We provide live internet tracking for all shipments, giving you peace of mind as you await your order’s arrival. The costs are transparent, allowing you to see exactly what you are paying for.

**Please be advised that we cannot guarantee a delivery timeframe, only that we will ship your order within one business day of purchase.** We appreciate your understanding as we work with postal services to deliver your items as quickly as possible.

Once dispatched, your order’s delivery is out of our control and solely in the hands of the postal service. We encourage you to monitor the tracking information provided to you for updates on your shipment’s status.

In Australia- TRANSIT, HANDLING, AND ORDER CUT-OFF TIME:

Our order cut-off time will be 6:00 PM (GMT+10:00) Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, so plan accordingly to ensure timely delivery.

Order Handling time is 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Saturday). We take pride in our efficient processing to ensure that your products reach you as soon as possible.

Standard International – TRANSIT, HANDLING, AND ORDER CUT-OFF TIME:

Shipments are in transit for 6 to 27 business days (Monday to Saturday). Depending on your location, please be mindful of potential longer transit times.

Customs & Import Rules

Raven 3D Tech – Will ship RatRig printers and products internationally within ASIA but use DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, meaning you’re responsible for any import duties and taxes. Understanding customs regulations is essential for a smooth delivery experience.
