3. High-Strength Mold Steel Material: The feeding gear is made of high-strength mold steel with a DLC coating for surface treatment. The overall Rockwell hardness (HRC) of the gear reaches 62-65, and the surface hardness (HV) reaches 1000-1200, significantly enhancing the gear’s strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, improving its load-bearing capacity and extending its service life.
