3D Printer KPPM Module
- Utilizes Air001, a high-performance 32-bit ARM® Cortex®-M0+ core.
- Equipped with two 2.7V 25F super capacitors, ensuring sufficient power supply to complete the shutdown operation smoothly after detecting a power failure.
- The power interface includes reverse polarity protection to prevent irreversible damage caused by incorrect power connections, greatly protecting the circuit board.
- Main function: enables power-off save function to prevent system crashes or hardware damage due to sudden power outages.
- All interfaces can output a total of 5V/5A.
- Features a 0.91-inch LCD screen displaying output current, capacitor stored energy, and module temperature.
- Onboard 5.15A overcurrent protection, 5.5V overvoltage protection, and over-temperature protection at 80°C.
Usage Precautions
- Note: The input power only supports DC12-24V. When connecting wires, pay attention to the positive and negative poles. The wiring process must be done in a power-off state. Ensure correct wiring before powering on. Our company is not responsible for any damage caused by incorrect wiring.
- The +5V at the 5V OUT socket is for emergency power output only, not for regular power supply. Please use USB-C for power supply.
- After the module detects a DC12-24V power failure, it can maintain a 5V output for up to 15 seconds (15 seconds load is 5V-1A).
- When using the safe shutdown module, a 12V-24V power supply is required; TYPE-C 5V power supply cannot be used. (To ensure the module works properly, the 5V output voltage of the safe shutdown module should not be lower than 4.9V. Otherwise, the safe shutdown module will draw power from internal voltage boost, causing the capacitors to remain in a charging state, leading to continuous heating of the module.)

Raspberry Pi host computer usage tutorial
The operation of Raspberry Pi is similar to the above. The Raspberry Pi needs to insert the SD card with the system image into the computer, add the command line dtoverlay=gpio-shutdown,gpio_pin=21 in the config.txt file, and then save and exit.
The FLY host needs to use SSH to execute the following command
